Day +5: This month's card charge
- Cancel before this point and your card will not be charged.
- On the morning of day five, your card will be charged the plan's monthly price.
Day +7: Consumer-protection review period ends
- If the charge was completed on day five, contact support before the end of day seven to request a no-fee refund under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. The refundable amount equals the value of that month's unused credits, calculated from the plan's monthly credits divided by its monthly price.
