Plans, Credits and Payment Issues
Check your plan, feature access and credits, and manage subscriptions, top-ups, plan changes, cancellation and payment issues.
If a feature is unavailable, first distinguish feature access, usage limits and insufficient credits. They are checked separately. Adding credits does not unlock a feature your plan does not include.
Check what you can use
Open Subscription in settings to check your plan, status and displayed renewal date. Then open Plan Entitlements to review enabled features and quantity limits. The credit balance at the top of the page is a separate amount.
For example, you may have credits but already be at your lead-list limit. DM link tracking requires its own feature access. A plan name or positive balance alone does not establish that every feature is available.
You can also ask FireArc:
Check my current plan, remaining credits, and whether I can use semi-automatic topic tracking, import commenters into lead lists, and track DM links. Explain using feature names.
The answer reflects the account data retrieved for that request. Other work may change your balance, and chatting itself may consume credits.
Subscribe or make a one-time top-up
Open the plan selector, compare monthly and annual options and their features, then review checkout. Use the currently displayed price, credits, discount, trial eligibility and renewal amount. A monthly price is not the annual total, and an introductory discount may not apply at renewal.
If you only need more credits, choose an option under One-time top-up and complete payment using an available method. A top-up does not change your subscription. Available methods depend on the checkout screen and your device.
Selecting Subscribe or proceeding to payment only starts the process. After completing the payment provider's steps and returning to ViralArc, check the result and balance. If confirmation is still pending, wait and check again before making another payment.
Change plans and check the effective date
When selecting a new plan, check whether the change is immediate or scheduled for the next period. Review any charge, renewal price and effective date in the summary. Complete payment authorization if requested.
For a scheduled change, return to Subscription to see the target plan and effective date. Scheduling does not activate the new permissions immediately. The interface notes that activation may occur within an hour before or after the stated time.
Cancel an existing scheduled change before choosing a different plan. If your current plan is closed to new subscriptions, you may be unable to switch back after leaving it; read that notice before changing.
Cancel renewal or a trial
Under Subscription, choose Cancel Subscription, enter a reason and confirm. If a next-period change is pending, cancel that change first.
The regular cancellation screen explains access through the end of the period. Cancelling during a trial may remove trial credits and restore the balance shown in the notice. Read it before confirming. Cancelling renewal does not submit a refund request.
Return to the subscription status to verify the result. If renewal still appears active, the action fails, or charges continue after cancellation, keep screenshots and the time and contact support. Closing the window does not confirm cancellation.
View payment history
Ask FireArc to “List my three most recent successful payments” or “Open payment history.” The list currently includes successful payments only, with dates, descriptions, amounts and order numbers. The order-number column may be hidden on narrow screens.
It is not a list of every payment attempt, an invoice download or a complete refund history. A missing entry does not establish whether your bank has authorized or charged a payment. Contact support for invoices, refunds or unfamiliar transactions.
What to keep when payment goes wrong
If payment fails, credits do not arrive, a charge looks duplicated, or billing continues after cancellation, check that you are signed into the ViralArc account used for payment. Review subscription status and successful payments.
Use support in settings or Billing Issue in the plan screen. Provide your account email, amount, time, order number and result screenshots. Do not include a full card number, security code or verification code. If the bank shows a charge but ViralArc has not confirmed it, ask support to reconcile it before deciding whether to pay again.
