FireArc AI
Use chat to check accounts and plans, prepare tracking and comment automation, and organize lead lists.
FireArc is ViralArc’s built-in AI assistant. Describe what you want to accomplish, and ask it to look up information, explain a workflow or prepare Topic Tracking, comment automation and lead-list settings.
Advice and proposed settings are not execution results. For saving, sending, importing or deleting, check the target shown on the action button and confirmation screen, then complete the workflow. Chat and subsequent feature operations use credits according to usage.
Start a conversation
Open FireArc from the sidebar, or use the page’s AI button to open the chat panel. Type a request in a new chat or select an example prompt. Selecting an example sends it immediately; copy it into the input first if you want to edit it.
Before working with a social account, check the selected account. Give the platform, account name, post link, project name or list name. You do not need internal IDs.
FireArc can use the current page, selected account and post or list selection supplied by the page. It does not see everything on your screen. If several targets are possible, identify the one you mean.
For example, replace “Export these people” with “Import commenters from the selected Instagram post into Course Enquiries, including replies beneath comments.”
What you can ask for
| Task | How FireArc can help |
|---|---|
| Learn a feature or troubleshoot | Find support documentation, explain steps, and offer relevant tutorial videos or feature links when available. |
| Manage Topic Tracking | Read projects and reply history; prepare creation, edits, pause or resume actions; open reply review. |
| Set up comment automation | Find accounts and posts; prepare public replies, keywords and DMs on supported platforms; distinguish existing and future comments. |
| Organize lead lists | Read lists and entries; prepare list creation, edits, entry additions/removals and column or status settings; prepare commenter imports and CSV downloads. |
| Check plans and accounts | Look up connected accounts, the current plan, remaining credits, feature access and successful payments. |
| Discuss social content | Help with copy, reply direction and social strategy. Text suggestions do not publish a post. |
Executable actions depend on the platform, connection, plan and capabilities available in the current chat. For features such as business-profile editing or Watchtower, FireArc can provide guidance and navigation; that does not mean it has changed the data or retrieved every performance metric.
Payment history covers successful payments, not a complete ledger of failed charges, refunds or invoices. A missing record does not establish that no charge occurred. Ask support to check payment disputes or missing records.
Confirm actions and check results
FireArc may ask for a list name, target post or reply text before showing an action such as creating a project, creating a lead list or downloading a CSV. Follow that feature’s editor or confirmation flow, checking the target and changes before submitting.
Actions requiring feature access are checked. If access cannot be verified temporarily, the check did not complete; that does not mean your plan lacks the feature. Ask for one more check or use the original feature page before considering an upgrade.
After acting, watch the button’s status and checkmark, and verify the result for that task:
- Project creation or update: check that settings were saved and whether automation is enabled. Auto Send does not wait for individual reply approval.
- Commenter import: starting a job takes time to complete. Check the list once it finishes. Review partial results before retrying.
- CSV download: downloading a list as a file is separate from adding commenters to it.
- Replying: draft, scheduled and sent are different states. An external reply window still requires you to send on that platform.
If the prose says “done” but the action or job is still running, failed or unconfirmed, check its actual status rather than clicking repeatedly. Cancelling an import does not remove entries already added. Clearing a chat does not undo completed actions.
Requests to try
Replace the account, post and business details with your own.
Set up tracking with manual review
I provide rental services in Taipei. Set up Threads tracking for posts from the last seven days by people looking for a rental. Exclude agent ads and people who have already found a home. Use manual review first. Keep replies natural and avoid an immediate sales pitch. If my plan does not support that mode, tell me rather than switching to Auto Send.
Collect commenters, then download
Find my latest Instagram giveaway post and import its commenters into a new “New Product Leads” list, including replies beneath comments. Once the import finishes, I want to download a CSV.
Offer a course outline by DM
On my Instagram course introduction post, set up “comment outline to receive the details”. The public reply should ask people to check their DMs. Include my outline link in the DM and add them to “Course Enquiries”. Enable link tracking if my plan supports it. Handle only future comments. Ask me for the outline URL before preparing the settings.
Check feature access
Check my current plan, remaining credits and three latest successful payments. Can I use tracking with manual review, commenter imports and DM link tracking? Use feature names to explain what is available and what is missing.
A conversation can span several steps. You may need to choose a post, create a list or wait for an import before continuing. Mentioning every step in one message does not mean all of them have completed.
Manage conversation history
Start another topic with a new chat. Switch conversations in the chat list or the selector at the top of the panel. You can rename or delete conversations in the list; clearing history empties the current chat’s messages.
Conversations are saved, but FireArc does not promise to remember other chats. Resume the original conversation or explain the target and completed steps in a new one. If saving fails, keep a copy of important content.
Interrupted or incorrect responses
Use Stop while a response is being generated. This stops the current chat response; it does not cancel an import already started, disable automation or retract sent comments. Use the relevant cancel or pause action for those tasks.
If a response cuts off, ask FireArc to check the current status and continue. After creation, import or sending, check the result first to avoid duplicates. Use regeneration when only an explanatory answer needs to be repeated.
If the account, figures or target are wrong, identify the correct platform, name and post, and ask for a fresh lookup. You can also say “Check the information first; do not change settings.” For persistent problems, send support the conversation, time and error screen. Do not paste passwords or login codes.
