Business Profiles
Organize your brand, products, audience and voice, then choose which social accounts use the profile.
Setting up a business profile.
A Business Profile stores your company introduction, products or services, audience and voice. AI features that use the profile can refer to those details. You can create separate profiles for different brands or markets, or share one across several social accounts.
Creating a profile does not publish posts, send replies or start topic tracking. You still need to link accounts and configure the feature you want to use.
Create a profile
- Open Business Profiles from the sidebar and choose New Profile. On your first visit, you can also fill in the default profile shown on screen.
- Under Company Intro, enter a Profile Title and Company Intro. Use a recognizable title such as “Bakery” or “Taiwan market.” Brand Positioning and Brand Features are optional.
- Choose Save and Next, then complete Products / Services and Target Audience. Once the required fields in these three steps are filled, you can switch between the steps at the top to add more details.
- After editing, choose Save Changes and wait for confirmation before leaving. Typing alone does not save the information.
The number of profiles you can create depends on your plan. If you reach the limit, edit an existing profile or check your plan. You do not need a separate profile for every social account.
What to put in each field
| Field | Useful details |
|---|---|
| Company Intro | Who you are, where you operate and what you offer. Add positioning, price level, relevant situations and features you can substantiate. |
| Products / Services | Products, price range, ordering method, delivery or service area, and services you do not offer. Explain how to confirm prices or lead times that change. |
| Target Audience | Who needs your service, what problem they face and when they tend to buy. Describe a specific need instead of “everyone.” |
| Writing Tone / CTA | Choose Brand Official or Casual / Personal. A CTA is the next step you want the reader to take: Link, DM, Follow or none. Add the URL if you choose Link. |
| Content Pillars | Recurring topics such as behind-the-scenes work, buying advice or gift ideas. Add each separately. |
| Common Q&A | Pair actual customer questions with the answers you would give, covering delivery, booking, custom orders or returns. |
Tone, CTA, content pillars and Q&A can be added later. A casual voice should still reflect your real identity; do not ask AI to invent personal purchases or experiences. Selecting DM does not turn on DM automation by itself.
For example, a product description could say:
We offer birthday cakes and shelf-stable gift boxes. Birthday cakes are pickup-only at our Taichung shop; gift boxes can be shipped within Taiwan’s main island. Ask us to confirm availability and pricing before ordering. Do not promise same-day pickup or guaranteed stock.
Replace this with your actual information. Keep confidential details out of material that may be used to generate replies. The completeness score measures how much you have filled in; it does not verify facts or guarantee suitable AI responses.
Assign social accounts
Save a profile first. The left-hand list groups connected social accounts by profile. On a computer, use the drag handle beside an account to move it into the intended brand group.
Each account links to one profile at a time, and several accounts can share one. Check that the account appears in the right group after moving it. If the move fails, refresh and check the result. If dragging does not work on your phone, use a computer to assign the account.
Move an account back to No Business Profile to unlink it; the social account remains connected. Creating a new profile does not automatically assign it to all accounts.
Use the profile in a workflow
When setting up topic tracking, check the target account and the displayed profile. A different account, or one under No Business Profile, cannot provide the brand details you intended. Each feature’s settings also determine whether it uses the profile.
Select a linked Threads account on the Business Profiles page to view Brand Patrol Iteration. Ask AI to prepare a direction, review its proposal and decide whether to apply it. You can also use Set up manual topic tracking. Applying a proposal may create or change projects, so check their automation modes and status separately. Saving a profile and starting topic tracking are different actions.
Brand Auto Posts currently shows “coming soon” for regular users; you do not need that tab to finish your profile. FireArc chat can help draft field text or explain the steps, but the profile must currently be edited and saved on this page.
Update or delete a profile
Select the brand name on the left, switch steps at the top, edit and choose Save Changes. Update prices, products, service areas and common answers when they change. Check the linked accounts first: changes affect the shared profile they use.
Do not assume existing replies, drafts or project settings will be rewritten automatically. After an important update, check active projects and content waiting to be sent.
Before deleting, review the accounts using the profile, then choose Delete and confirm. Those accounts move to No Business Profile. Deleting the profile does not delete social accounts or pause existing automation. To stop replies, pause the relevant project or use the automation overview.
